Holiday Pumpkin Pancake Dry Mix
This pancake dry mix is part of Marie Franco Signature™ brand products. It is a quick and easy way to prepare breakfast. Just add an egg and a few wet ingredients and voila!, you have breakfast! Enjoy with your favorite pancake syrup!
WET INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
1 egg, 1 ½ cup of milk or buttermilk, ¾ cup pumpkin puree, ¼ cup vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
TO MAKE PANCAKES
- Combine wet ingredients in a medium bowl, lightly beat the egg and then combine with milk, pumpkin, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add the contents of the dry mix bag and combine well. Add more milk if you think the batter is too thick.
- Pour ¼ cup batter onto a hot lightly buttered frying pan or grill.
- Cook first side over medium heat for 2 minutes or until golden. Turn over when surface is bubbly and edges are slightly dry.
- Serve with butter and your favorite pancake syrup.
