​My Mother-in-Law always told me - "You have a gift for making truly beautiful things. You add just enough curiosity. Why don't you sell Flaca? Start your own business." 

I wish she was alive today to see that I am taking her advice. After years of baking, designing, and creating edible works of art. I have created a place to share my passion, joy, and yes, curiosity with you. After having my four children, I still take pride in baking, designing and bringing joy to my customers. This company is my passion, a way to honor the woman who shaped so much of who I am.
